My journey to hypnosis initially stemmed from the high volume of concerned parents and students with regards to social/peer, academic, and test anxieties and the need for qualifying ACT scores.

As I began to venture deeper into the study of hypnosis, I realized the lasting, holistic solutions that it can provide — much faster than using talk therapy alone. Mental wellness and healthy mindsets are the foundations for living a happy, fulfilled, contented life. Through hypnosis, I experienced my own transformation that assisted me during a stressful, anxiety-filled period of personal crises that followed a divorce and leaving a toxic teaching culture after 20 years. Instead of being overly-emotional, “stuck,” and uncertain about my future, hypnosis made me grounded, brought me clarity and direction, and provided me peace during the storms.

After regaining my own sense of purpose, confidence, and self-esteem, I knew I had to also provide these gifts to others suffering the same concerns in a world where we live on the “hamster wheel” of work, inflict ourselves with the illnesses of stress, agonize over the need for social approval, and attempt to navigate disappointments and fears of failure. Life is too short! My goal is to assist others in achieving and living their best lives.

Since 2019, I have actively undergone multiple trainings and received professional certifications to assist adults (particularly women) and teens in using mindfulness techniques, guided and self-meditative practices, and specialized hypnosis and content-free protocols to deal with emotional eating; anxiety; poor sleep; weight release; exercise motivation and healthy living habits; conflict resolution; deep relaxation; releasing negativity; releasing emotional and mental blocks, barriers and limitations; regaining emotional balance; creating transformation; increasing confidence and self-esteem; overcoming fears and trauma; letting go of destructive patterns, and so much more. (** I do NOT specialize or offer hypnosis for smoking cessation.**)

For teens and students (middle school-college), especially, I am trained in life coaching to help teens and young adults navigate academic pressures, ADHD, executive functioning, organization, study skills, family and peer relationships, anxieties, and self-esteem using a wealth of tools in a very specialized manner that addresses their individual circumstances and needs.
